Alma Depaul

STOW - Alma DePaul, 91, passed away October 25, 2023, surrounded by family.

Born in Liverpool, England, on July 10, 1932, she endured the “The Blitz” in 1940, during World War II. She emigrated to America in 1952, and was a resident of Stow. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Parish. Alma enjoyed time with her family, gardening, and puzzles. She loved movies and animals - especially her cat, Muffy, and even her son’s horse, Leo. Alma was devoted to her Catholic faith.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Alma Durkin. She is survived by her daughter, Christine Paolucci; sons, William, Michael, and Daniel DePaul; grandchildren, Kathryn (Max) Hart, Mikey DePaul, Samantha DePaul, Nicole Paolucci, Taylor (Tony) Adkins, Gino Paolucci, Sarah (Paul) Dougherty, and Christopher (Gretchen) DePaul; great-grandchildren, Owen and Austin; brothers, John (Shirley) and Michael Durkin, in England.

Private services will take place. Burial at Stow Cemetery in Stow.
