STOW - Anna M. Heisler, 87, died September 6, 2010.
Born in Achim, Germany, she was a beautiful seamstress who was always making something for everyone else. She was also a member of the American Sewing Guild and a past neighborhood group leader in Tallmadge.
Preceded in death by parents Henry and Johanna Heisler and daughter Andrea Zalantis, she is survived by son William (Laura) Nietzold, niece Diane (Steve) Zimmer, great-niece Christie Zimmer, dear friends Ruth Hrib, Lili Genetin, Bob and Ellie Justice, Mary Archer and beloved step-daughter and caregiver Patty Milford.
Special thanks to home aids Shelia Dunlap, Jill Kondos, and Hospice of Summa for their loving care.
Friends may call Friday 5 to 8 PM at the Redmon Funeral Home, followed by cremation. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Children's Advantage, Christmas Fund, 520 N. Chestnut St., Ravenna 44266 or to The GriefCare Place, 4499 Darrow Road, Stow 44224.
