A longtime area resident, she attended Bedford Schools.
Preceded in death by her father, Stefan Billy, she is survived by her husband of 15 years, Robert; son Jamie (Heather) Billy; grandchildren Nena and Tyler; mother Jo Ann Billy and sisters Elizabeth (Jason) Lunder and Lynn Billy.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Wednesday 5 to 6 PM, where Pastor Jim Case will conduct a memorial service at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 7996 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, 44087. Barbara's video tribute may be viewed here.
