Beryl Jean Santee (B.J.) went home to be with the lord on July 24, 2010
Beryl Jean was born in Akron, but lived most of her life in Stow. Over the years she enjoyed giving back to the community by fostering numerous children and adults.
She is survived by her sons Douglass and Michael Perkins and their families, as well as former husband Gary Santee, numerous loving siblings, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, step children and step grandchildren.
Friends may call Tuesday evening from 7-9 pm at Redmon Funeral Home where funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 10 am to be followed by internment at Northlawn Cemetery in Peninsula. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Child Guidance and Family Solutions, 312 Locust Street. Akron, Oh 44302 in c/o Melissa Hamlin. Please write in memory of Beryl Jean Santee on the memo line.
