Betty J. Cundiff

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Betty J. Cundiff, 86, died April 20, 2024.

Born in Akron, she was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls since 2021. Betty was a caring mother, grandmother, and housewife. She was a woman of devout faith and enjoyed reading and listening to classical music at all hours of the day. For many years, she brought her love of reading to life by working at the Cuyahoga Falls Library.

Preceded in death by her husband, Rupe Whisman; daughter, Denise Bear, and brother William Cundiff. She is survived by her sons, Rupe (Denise) Whisman, and Dan (Christine) Whisman; son-in-law, Rich Bear; grandchildren, Michael (Clare) Cottrill, Matthew (Jessica), Aaron (Jessica), and Andrew Whisman; great-grandchildren, Gwen, Calvin, Bailey, and Madelyn; sister, Shirley Coleman, as well as nieces, nephews, and step children.

There will be no services held and cremation has taken place.
