STOW- Bob Wehr, 78, formerly of Hudson, died November 18, 2010.
Born in Barnesville, OH, he was a US Navy veteran and active member of the United Methodist Church in Stow, serving on various committees. Bob retired from Belenky, Inc. after 40 years service, and was a member of Tower Dance, the Hudson American Legion and the Hudson Boosters, where he served as treasurer.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judy; daughter Tammy (Ed) Nowak of Hudson; son Thomas (Trish) of Allentown, PA; grandchildren Adam (Maureen) and Rachel Nowak, Rebecca and Jessica Wehr, Tonya Slaughter, Erika Hayslip, Christopher and Derek Manee; brothers William J. Wehr (Ellie Gilbert) of Sun City, FL and Richard W. (Sally) Wehr of Atlanta, GA.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday 4 to 8 PM. Rev. Scott Hayward will conduct service Tuesday 11 AM at the United Methodist Church in Stow, 4880 Fishcreek Road in Stow. Private interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the church. Mr. Wehr's video tribute may be seen here.
