Preceded in death by his son, Ronald; sister, Lucia Malengo, and brother, Benedetto Tonelli, he is survived by his wife of 68 years, Maxine; children, Cindy (Bob) Darrow, Daniel (Denise), and Edward (Victoria) Tonelli, and Catherine Honsaker; grandchildren, Christine Darrow, Nicholas (Heather Cullion) Darrow, Jason (Melanie) Tonelli, Shannon (James) McVey, Kevin (Jessica) Tonelli, Danileigh Crayne, Amanda and Kylie Tonelli, Brandon (Margaret)Honsaker, and Tara Honsaker; great-grandchildren, Amari Darrow, James McVey, Dominic Tonelli, and Aubrey Tonelli; sister, Nerina Eville, and brother, Giovanni (Dolores) Tonelli.
A private Mass of the Christian Burial was held at Holy Family Catholic Church, with burial at Silver Springs Cemetery.
