Obituary of Carol Keach Heasley

HUDSON - Carol Keach Heasley peacefully went home to be with her Lord on Friday, November 5, 2021, surrounded by her family.

She was married to Richard (Dick) for 65 years and together they had three children, Karen (Joe) Coffey, Rick (Sheri) Heasley, and Susan (Randy) Tomich, along with ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Carol graduated from Buchtel High School and Miami University. She taught briefly in the Akron Public School system before becoming a full-time mom. She enjoyed Bible study, volunteering at the Akron Pregnancy Center, playing tennis, and card stamping with her friends, along with spending time with her family.

Her greatest joy was coming to know Jesus Christ as her personal Savior in 1972 and living to make Him known to others. This also led to a legacy of Christ followers in her family. She took delight in knowing that every member of her immediate family has a personal relationship with Christ and is following Him.

Her parents, Charles and Wava Keach, predeceased her. In addition to her husband, children, and grandchildren, she is survived by her brothers, Charles Keach and Roger (Dianne) Keach.

There are no calling hours. A celebration of life will be held at Christ Community Chapel, 750 W. Streetsboro Street, Hudson, OH 44236 on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM.

The family prefers, that in lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to the Richard and Carol Heasley Lifetime Service Scholarship at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, 4687 Wyoga Lake Road, Cuyahoga Falls 44224 (cvcaroyals.org), Christ Community Chapel, 750 W.
