Clair E. Olson, Jr.

SAGAMORE HILLS - Clair E. Olson, Jr., 73, passed away on August 10, 2021.

Born in Akron, he grew up in Stow, attended Kent State University, was a U.S. Army veteran and retired in 2001 as a firefighter from Bedford Hts. after 28 years of service. An avid fan of the Browns and Buckeyes, he also enjoyed time spent with his many friends at Bob Evans bragging about HIS grandson.

Preceded in death by his parents, Clair and Marjorie Olson, and his wife, Judy, he is survived by his daughter, Carrie Olson-Hlad (Chris); son, Chris Olson (Carla); grandson, Camden Hlad; and brothers, John (Jennifer) Olson and Cliff (Debbie) Olson.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Friday 5 to 7 PM, where Pastor Dan Page will conduct service Saturday 11 AM. Interment Crown Hill Burial Park.
