Connie Antony passed away on February 22, 2012. Born in Dayton, OH September 24, 1905, she married Harold Antony in 1950 at Holy Family Parish Catholic Church in Stow, OH, where they were primary members. Connie was also a member of the Portage County Society for the Blind and had retired in 1968 from the Ohio Edison Division of the First Energy Corp. After retirement she spent many years in Florida in Real Estate Brokerage.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Glenn Francis Doolittle, who died in the service during WWII and Harold Antony of Canton, OH, parents Claude McSherry and Harriet Hoerner McSherry, sister Marilla, brothers Gaylord, Rodney and Walter (Ike). She is survived by nieces and nephews of South Dakota, Hawaii, Boca Raton, FL, Delaware, Kent, Cuyahoga Falls and North Carolina.
Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Saturday from 11 to 11:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Saturday 12 O'Clock noon at Holy Family Catholic Church, Father Paul Rosing Celebrant. Interment Standing Rock Cemetery.
