Constance S. Curenton

STOW - Constance S. Curenton, 82, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 5, 2023.

Born in Kent, to the late Lon and Olive Kale, she was a resident of Stow since 1972. Connie loved playing bingo, bowling, and spending time with her family and friends.  She dedicated nearly 50 years of service to the Stow Youth Baseball Bingo Hall and the Summit County Fairgrounds. Connie’s friends and family will remember her for her radiating joy, contagious smile, and warm hugs.

Constance is preceded in death by her husband, James Curenton; brothers, Robert, Stephen, Frank, and Richard Kale.  She is survived by her daughter, Dona (Joe) Bica; son, Jeffrey (Corrine) Curenton; step-son, Jack Curenton; grandchildren, Kara (RJ) Lisko and Charles (Lena) Curenton; great-grandson, Richie Lisko; sister, Barbara Nelman; nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Friends may call, Monday, January 16, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH 44224. A funeral service will be held at Redmon Funeral Home, Tuesday, January 17, at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Connie’s name to The Summit County Agricultural Society , 229 East Howe Road, Tallmadge, OH 44278.
