STOW - Dale H. Palmer, 86, went to be with the Lord Dec. 23, 2010.
He was a lifetime resident of Stow, graduating from Stow High School in 1942 and was a U.S. Army veteran. A lifetime member of First Christian Church of Stow, he had been employed in construction with the I.O. Palmer Construction Co. Dale retired from Buckeye Biscuit Co. in 1989.
Preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers (Dutch, Edwin, and Paul), he is survived by his wife of 66 years Elaine; daughter Patricia (John); sons Jim and Richard; granddaughter Amanda (Mathew) and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place Wednesday, Dec. 29th at 3 PM at First Christian Church of Stow, Rev. Jonathan Rumburg officiating. Private interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. The family requests memorials be made to First Christian Church of Stow, 3493 Darrow Road, Stow 44224.
