Daniel Warren Nichols, Jr.

UNIONTOWN - Daniel Warren Nichols, Jr., born April 1, 1969, passed away suddenly on September 9, 2023.

He graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1987. However, he attended CVCA from 1983 - 1987. He attended the Cathedral of Tomorrow in Cuyahoga Falls and currently attended Faith Family Church in North Canton. A dedicated worker, he was employed at AAA Cooper Transportation. He previously drove for AVP Express and for several other companies. He excelled in many fields, such as newspaper delivery and at many aluminum casting foundries before he began driving trucks.

Dan is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Warren Nichols, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Samuel and Stella (Boyce) Nichols, and maternal grandparents, Harry and Ruth (Swenson) Stage.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Amy Renee (Clark/Moore) Nichols; his children, Leah “Nadine” Clark, Michael Nichols, Katricia (Jessie Williams) Nichols, Vincent Moore, Zechariah Nichols, and Savanna Nichols; grandchildren, Caleb, Leland, Klara, Jeric, Khloe, Daniel, Serenity, Damien, and Warren; his mother, Kathleen (Stage) Nichols; sisters, Jennifer (Scott) McWilliams, Kalli (Todd) Alvis, and Mindy (Marvin) Brown; sisters-in-law, Debbie (Thompson) Jones, Jennifer (Mark) Leuning, and Leah (Brian) Mowery. Additionally, he will be missed by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many other loved family members and friends.

He enjoyed travels without specific destinations. He liked dining out at restaurants and watching cooking shows to get new ideas for grilling and cooking gourmet meals for his family. He loved musicals, movies, farmers markets, and art shows. He especially loved sharing and exploring those experiences with his wife, Amy. He was funny, compassionate, and strong. Dan will be missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Victory Life Church, 3833 Hudson Drive, Stow, 44224, at 3 PM, on Monday, September 18, 2023. Calling hours will take place at 1 - 3 PM, before the service begins. Visitors are then invited to stay for a celebration meal following the service.
