David M. Kerr

David M. Kerr, 60, died December 16, 2021.

Raised in Weymouth, MA, he was a resident of Hudson, Ohio since 2013. David was employed by Haas Factory Outlet Chicago as Vice President and General Manager in October of 2010 and served in that position until November of 2012. David was then promoted to Vice President of the Twinsburg business where he also took on the role as Corporate Director of Service. David's career in the Machine Tool spanned most of his working life. David's eleven years of service to Haas was instrumental in the great success these businesses obtained. David was recognized in the industry as an expert in all phases of manufacturing and will be greatly missed.

He was an avid University of Michigan football fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR. David also enjoyed the outdoors, boating, cooking, the company of friends and family, fine wines, bourbons, and cigars.

Preceded in death by father, Gordon Kerr, he is survived by his wife of 35 years, Michele Kerr; daughter, Stephanie Kerr (Bert Franco); son, David Kerr; mother, Mary Lou Kerr; sisters, Janet Gilberti (Tony Gilberti), Jean Ivil (Ron Ivil), and brother, Daniel Kerr.

Pastor Eric Tritten of Gloria Dei , Hudson, will conduct a service at 3 PM Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow. Friends may call Saturday from 1 PM until service time. Masks are required to attend.
