STOW- Doris Marie Kallay, 84, died October 31, 2010.
Born in Cleveland, she lived in Stow since 1967 and was a member of Holy Family Parish. Doris was an R.N., serving at various hospitals, including Green Cross, throughout her career, as well as with the Peace Corps in Brazil. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Dr. Maria Reodica. Doris also enjoyed volunteering for the Good Neighbors of Cuyahoga Falls for 17 years. Loved by all, she will be missed.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Albert R.; daughters Doral (James) Woodcock and Sandra (Michael) Gilbo; son David (Barbara) Kallay; grandchildren Michael, Michelle, Bradley, Zachary and Morgen; great-grandchildren Jordan, Allison, Christopher, Emily, Grace and Ryan.
There are no calling hours. Memorial Mass Thursday 11 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Private interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Good Neighbors of Cuyahoga Falls, P.O. Box 233, Cuyahoga Falls 44222, Holy Family Buidling Fund, 3450 Sycamore Drive, Stow 44224 or to a charity of your choice.
