STREETSBORO - Edison C. Griffith, 94, died May 15, 2012.
Born in Warren, Ohio, he was a longtime area resident and member of the United Methodist Church of Streetsboro. Edison proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII and was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Eleanor; daughter Fran Lawrence of Stow; son Tom (Junko) Griffith of Redmond, Washington; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be held Friday 11 AM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends are invited for visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial at Silver Springs Cemetery. Mr. Griffith's video may be viewed here.
