Elsie I. Frame

CANTON - Elsie I. Frame, age 96, of Canton, OH, passed away on September 8, 2024. Elsie was born and raised in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. After WWII, she moved to Akron, Ohio when she married Henry Frame. She lived in the Akron area until she and Henry retired and moved to West Virginia.

Elsie was a classy, godly Christian lady who loved to sing and play the piano. She had a special gift to play the piano by ear without reading any music. After retirement, she used her talents in West Virginia at the McFarland Church, singing, and playing for the congregation. In her declining years, she still continued to be a soul winner by witnessing to people about her Lord Jesus Christ. She loved her children, grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren very much and was so proud of all of their achievements and their love for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Elsie is survived by her children, Linda (the late Gary) Gambol, and Dennis (Linda) Frame; grandchildren, Matthew (Cathy) Sweeney, Justin Sweeney, and Marcea Campbell (Ryan Bethel); and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Henry and Charles; parents, John and Mary (nee Andrascik) Nehilla, and siblings, Marcella and Robert Nehilla.

Friends and family are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, 44224, for visitation on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. A Funeral Service, led by Reverend Chris Machamer, from Grace Cathedral, will take place at 1:00 PM. A Graveside Service led by Pastor Nathan Copen will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 11:30 AM, at the K of P Cemetery in Elizabeth, WV.
