Evelyn F. Mcclure

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Evelyn F. McClure, 84, died January 27, 2012.

A lifetime area resident, she was an avid antique glass collector. Mrs. McClure was always proud of taking care of her family on the home front while her husband was serving his country at the Battle of the Bulge and other European fronts during WWII.

Preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters, she is survived by her devoted husband of 68 years, Jack; daughters Cathleen (James) Berg of Georgia and Rebecca (Kevin) Norberg of Minnesota; sons John (Maria) McClure of Stow and Kelly (Brauna) McClure of North Carolina; twelve grandchildren; twenty one great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Richard (Ann) McClure of Akron and her extended family at Jubilee.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday 2 to 5 PM, where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 PM. Burial at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Children's Hospital, NICU, One Perkins Square, Akron 44308.
