STOW - Frank L. Dombrowski, 83, and his wife, Barbara J. Dombrowski, 81, tragically passed away in a motor vehicle accident in Fort Myers, FL, on January 25, 2024.
Frank was a U.S. Army veteran. He owned several businesses throughout the years in Stow. He enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends and was an avid dog lover.
Frank was preceded in death by parents, Leo and Carmella Dombrowski, and brothers, William and Leo Dombrowski.
Barbara retired from the State of Ohio, and also worked with her husband in his businesses throughout the years. Barbara enjoyed golfing, needlework, book club, bowling, and more. She was active in her community, and made lap blankets for the elderly, hats for cancer patients and the NICU. She also enjoyed time with her family and friends.
Both Frank and Barbara enjoyed spending time at their second home in Fort Myers, FL.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Dorothy Bodnar, and brothers, F. Joseph and Robert Bodnar.
Frank and Barbara were preceded in death by their son, James Dombrowski. They are survived by daughters, Kimberly (Bryan) Rose and Jeanne (Rodney) Bly; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. They were members of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Mass of the Christian Burial for both Frank and Barbara Dombrowski will be held 10 AM, Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3179 Kent Road, Stow, OH 44224. Burial will be held at 2 PM, at North Madison Cemetery, 2065 Hubbard Road, Madison, OH 44057.
Friends may call Monday, February 5, 2024, from 2:30 to 4:30 PM and 6 to 8 PM, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH 44224.
