Gerald D. Bradbury

Gerald D. Bradbury, 61, died June 1, 2011. Born in Leamington, Ontario, Canada, he was a loving and dedicated father and husband. Family and friends meant everything to Gerry. He loved the times he spent fishing and playing the slots. Gerry was a gifted hockey player and gardener. His humble nature and common sense made him admirable and unique. He was loved by all who knew him.

Gerry was preceded in death by his father Harry, brother Neil, and brother-in-law Carlyle. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sandra, daughter Kelly (Cameron) Lazar, grandchildren Sienna and Kenai, mother Irene, sister Joan Hope, brother Ernie (Lori) Bradbury, sister-in-law Kathie Bradbury, his in-laws the Blakemore family, many nieces and nephews and closest friends Sam and Lisa Boswell.

Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Friday from 4 to 8 PM, where service will be conducted Saturday 10 AM. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Akron Children's Hospital, One Perkins Square, Akron, OH 44308.
