Gordon C. Nace

STOW - Gordon C. Nace passed away peacefully at his home Nov 6, 2022, surrounded by his family.

Born in Akron, Ohio, he had a lengthy battle with heart disease, but never let it hold him back. Always attending his grandchildren’s sporting or schooling events wearing his fisherman’s vest holding his LVAD, nothing stopped him from enjoying life with his family.

Gordon was preceded in death by his wife, Linda L. Nace, in 2012 and his sister, Linda Roney, in 2022. He is survived by his brother, John (Dada) Nace; daughter, Rebecca Sesto; son, Mike (Michelle) Nace; grandchildren, Emily (Tristan) Sesto, Sarah (Noah) Sesto, and Kaiden Nace, as well as great-grandchildren, Eli and Theo.

Friends may visit Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, for visitation Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 4 - 7 PM, where Pastor Cary Wadle will conduct service Friday, November 11, 2022, at 10 AM. Interment Crown Hill Cemetery.
