Graham Michael Carter

STREETSBORO - Graham Michael Carter, 79, passed away October 12, 2023.

Born in Northville, Michigan, he has been a resident of Streetsboro since 2017, and was a United States Air Force Veteran. Michael had been employed with Schnieder National as a truck driver and received a reward for being a “One Million Miles Safe Driver.” He was a member of West Park United Church of Christ in Cleveland, Ohio.

Michael enjoyed gardening, spending time outdoors, boating, and cheering for his beloved Michigan Wolverines. He was very compassionate, which led him to serving others as a valet at University Hospital in Ravenna.

Preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Virginia Carter. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sue Carter; daughter, Michele (William Schulte); son, Derek (Kelly Carter); granddaughter, Aubrey Carter Schulte, and brother, Dennis (Barb Carter).

Chaplain Jeff Schofield will officiate the service on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 11:30 AM. Visitation will precede the service from 9:30 - 11:30 AM, at Rejoice Lutheran Church, 7855 Stow Road, Hudson, Ohio 44236.
