CUYAHOGA FALLS- James Gary (Jim) Hobba, 37, died suddenly April 25, 2011.

Born in Johnstown, PA, he graduated from Stow High School, began his career with Polymerics and then went to work at MACtac. For the past 10 years, he had been employed at Eagle Elastomer. Jim loved music and jamming with his son (Big Game James) and was a gifted musician and guitar player. Jim also attended Lighthouse Christian Fellowship.

He is survived by his son James Gary; mother Lonnie (Leonard) Dye of Stow; father James (Linda) Hobba of Quarryville, PA; sister Jeannine (David) Dempster of Akron; brothers Leonard Dye of Stow and Aaron Hobba of Quarryville, PA; grandparents Richard and Shelby Drummond of Hartville, Jack and Betty Wissinger of Jerome, PA and nephew David Dempster ("Snooters").

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 PM. Pastor Cary Wadle will conduct services Saturday 11 AM at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship, 315 Graham Road, Cuyahoga Falls 44223, where friends may call from 10 AM until service time.
