Jeanette P. Bukovsky

STOW - Jeanette P. Bukovsky, 52, died September 12, 2021.

Jeanette (aka - Aunt Jessy) received her degree in Culinary Arts from Akron University, and she was employed at Hudson Meadows Retirement Community as a Sous Chef. A love for cooking defined Jeanette - family parties and holidays were her time to shine and showcase her talent. Jeanette loved lighthouses, and she displayed them proudly in every room of her home. Jeanette was very giving of her time, and she was always willing to help you or provide advice related to at-home projects. She had an enormous heart, loved unconditionally, and would always cry when a relative would leave to head home after the holidays or after a short visit. Her father, Edward, loved her to the moon and back. He supported her unconditionally, and they spoke almost every evening. Among everything Jeanette loved, (including her cat Gizmo), nothing compared to the love she had for her three children. As a family, we are heartbroken. However, we are content knowing that Jeanette was truly happy during the last several months of her life.

Loving mother of Amanda (Tony), Kenny and Eric. Cherished daughter of her father, Edward (dec.) (step-mother, Mary Ann), and mother, Sandra (dec.). Sister of Andrew, Phillip, Loretta (Mark), Eileen (Jim), Vince (Leslie), Alex (Stanley), and Catherine (Michael), as well as numerous nieces and nephews (Andy Jr., Dan, and Alicia, Luke and Hannah, Megan and John, Anna and Jacob, and Chris and Chance). Preceded in death by grandparents, John and Mary, who helped raise Jeanette.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Friday 5 to 8 PM. Mass of the Christian Burial Saturday 11 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3179 Kent Road, Stow 44224. Interment Crown Hill Burial Park.
