Obituary of Judith E. Whitaker
MUNROE FALLS - Judith E. Whitaker, 73, died June 20, 2010 with her family by her side.
A lifetime area resident, she volunteered at the Humane Society of Greater Akron and enjoyed gardening and kayaking.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Russell; son Alan (Patty) Whitaker of Stow; daughters Lori (David) Karle of Cuyahoga Falls and Diane (Thomas) Adamson of Stow; grandchildren Todd, Amanda, Ryan, Shaun, Emily, Danielle, Kelli, Alana and Noah; sister Sally (Ray) Martin of Akron; brother Arch (Janet) Merrick of Norton and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Wednesday 5 to 7 PM at Redmon Funeral Home. Private entombment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 7996 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087.
