MEDINA- Kathryn M. Pursley, 89, died February 27, 2010.
Born in Sharon Center, she had lived in Stow from 1958 until moving to Medina in 2002. Mrs. Pursley had retired from the Stow City Schools and was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship in Medina and Crestview Baptist Church in Stow.
Preceded in death by her husband Ivan "Jack" in 1976, she is survived by her daughters Annette (James) Miller of Hawaii and Marleen (Greg) Lampe of Ariz.; son Jerry Pursley of Australia; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters Hazel Kramer of Wadsworth, Marge Raw of Sharon Twp.
Friends may call Thursday 4 to 7 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where Pastor Brian Liechty will conduct service Friday 11 AM. Burial Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to New Life Christian Fellowship, 580 N. State Rd., Medina 44256 or to Crestview Baptist Church, 3943 Fishcreek Rd., Stow 44224.
