Mark Farley

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Mark Farley, 68, went to be with the Lord at home surrounded by his family on December 28, 2022, following a long battle with cancer.

Mark was born in Cleveland and was a 1973 graduate of Chamberlin High School. He studied Theology at Hyles Anderson Bible College in Hammond, IN. A longtime resident of both Streetsboro and Cuyahoga Falls, Mark worked for Home Exteriors as a sales representative. He was a member of Christ Community Chapel in Hudson and was a member of many Bible studies and the Cancer Support group. Mark loved the Lord and loved sharing his faith and testimony with everyone he met. His big personality and great stories could make you laugh like no other. Spending time with family and friends was the greatest of times for Mark. Mark, (aka Papa, Big Tuna, and Cousin Eddie), enjoyed fishing with his kids and his grandsons and taking a drive while sharing a strong cup of coffee with his wife, Cynthia.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cynthia (Merrell); his children, Tammy (Chris) Clegg and Mark Farley; his grandchildren, Clay, Maverick, Chance, and Blaine, and a large, loving extended family. Preceding him in death were his mother and father, Larkin Farley, Lucille (Conley) Mazey, and brother, Earnest (Skeeter) Farley.

Per his wishes, cremation has been honored, and a celebration of his life will be held at Christ Community Chapel of Hudson on January 20, 2023, at 11:00 AM, with a luncheon following the service at the church.
