Mark Jason Nassau

STOW - Mark Jason Nassau, age 68, of Stow, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 15, 1957, a son of the late Sherwood and Jeanne (Beckman) Nassau.

Mark was the beloved husband of Laurie (Ackerman) Nassau; devoted father to Jacob (Nicole) Nassau and Benjamin (Samantha) Nassau; proud grandfather to Natalie and Owen Nassau; and dear brother to Gary (Tracy) Nassau. He was the owner of a successful lawn care business and a familiar face in the Stow Community, known for his hard work, reliability, and friendly smile.

A man of deep Christian faith, Mark lived a life rooted in kindness, humility, and service to others. He had the rare ability to make everyone feel welcome and at ease - whether you were a lifelong friend or someone he’d just met. His groups of friends from childhood, college, church, and his neighborhood are a testament to his lasting impact on those around him.

Mark was also a gifted do-it-yourselfer, always working on a project around the house or lending a hand to someone who needed help. His creativity, practicality, and quiet strength made him a steady presence in the lives of his family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, 44224, with a funeral service to follow at 1:30 PM. All are welcome to attend and celebrate the life of a man who meant so much to so many.

Mark’s legacy of faith, generosity, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
