N. CANTON- Mark Valentine, 49, went home to be with the Lord May 12, 2011.
Born in Canton, he was a lifetime area resident, a member of Faith Family Church and employed by Downtown Ford. Mark was also a U.S. Navy veteran.
Preceded in death by mother Doris Valentine, he is survived by wife Karla (Gungle); twin sons Michael and Samuel; father Ervin Valentine; brothers Damon and Philip (Dori), all of Canton; John (Lora) of Huntsville, AL and several nieces.
Friends may call Sunday 3 to 6 PM at Faith Family Church, 8200 Freedom Avenue, where Pastor Rod Trusty will conduct service Monday 10 AM. Burial Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for the benefit of his children.
