Matthew Joseph James Lloyd

STOW - Matthew Joseph James Lloyd, 45, born November 18, 1975, passed away July 13, 2021.

He was the loving and devoted son of Jim and Debbie Lloyd; best big brother to Sarah Turner (Travis) and Rachel Lipinski; favorite uncle to Charlotte Lipinski, Luke and Olivia Turner; first grandchild to Sara Lloyd (Dick, deceased) and Dolores Onchak (Joseph, deceased); beloved nephew and cousin, kind and loyal friend to many.

Nothing was more important to Matthew than his family and close friends. He was a dedicated Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, and Florida State Seminoles football fan.

While there will forever be a void in the hearts of his family, we are comforted by knowing we have gained an eternal guardian angel.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Walsh Jesuit High School Athletic Department, 4550 Wyoga Lake Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44224-1059. A private service for immediate family will be held on July 16th in his honor. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
