Norma Jean Bellinger (Shinkrow)

STOW - On Saturday, October 29, 2023, Norma Jean Bellinger (Shinkrow) went home peacefully to be with our Lord.

Norma was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, in 1940, to John and Louise Shinkrow. She spent her childhood in Stow and raised her children here. Norma was an active and proud member of the Stow High School Class of 1958. During high school, Norma participated in Debbies, Booster Club, Glee Club, Y-Teens, and Pep Club. She was a Homecoming and Christmas formal attendant, and also a July 4th Parade queen.

In 1961, Norma married Ray Bellinger at the First Christian Church of Stow and they started their family. Norma was a devoted mother and wife. She worked in the banking industry for many years and was a co‐owner of Stow City Glass. She enjoyed traveling and cooking. Mostly, Norma cherished spending time with and taking care of her family.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Diane. She is survived by her husband, Ray; daughter, Heather; son, David (Doris), and their sons, Eric and Brian; as well as many family members and friends.

Funeral arrangements are at the convenience of the family.
