Patricia (Pat) Perrin passed away peacefully Saturday, November 25, 2023
She was born November 24, 1939, in Akron, Ohio. She married Charlie on April 4, 1959, and started her family in 1960. She and Charlie started Perrin Asphalt in 1963, and from there both the family and business grew.
To my Wife:
You raised eight kids, and you raised me also. Your faith in your church kept us better together. Love you always.
To Mom:
What was she thinking about being a mother of eight,
Breaking wooden spoons on the kids was great.
TV was busted and she pulled out the wires,
Her whole life she’s been putting out fires.
With no money, vacations were always a must,
With so many kids, chances are, some were left in the dust.
Camping and Cedar Point was always a treat,
Her love of the family and kids was solid as concrete.
Multiple wooden spoons on the kids’ ass
As our Mom, she was always first class.
Her heart was bigger than most,
But the pork chops tasted like toast.
She carried the family like a football,
At 6 o’clock, it was always the dinner call.
What we will miss of her best part,
Was the kindness of her ever-loving heart.
She always prayed for us all to be the best,
Please lay in a peaceful rest.
To Grandma:
You were genuine, loving, and giving to every person in your life. You always made
everyone feel special in their own way. Love you forever.
Patricia (Pat) is survived by her husband, Charlie, and their eight children.
