Patrick H. Paulus

AKRON - Patrick H. Paulus, 67, together with his brother, Mark, unexpectedly went on to be with our Lord and Savior on June 24, 2024.

Born in Akron, Ohio, to Howard and Julia Paulus, in the month of March 1957, he resided in Stow, Ohio, Kent, Ohio, and Akron, Ohio, for the majority of his life. Patrick was employed by Kroeger’s and JOANN Fabrics, as well as other hard-working positions. He enjoyed hobbies of following pro-wrestling, watching Star Trek, and the Cincinnati Bengals. He also enjoyed following the Stow-Munroe Falls High School football and wrestling teams.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Julia Paulus.

He is survived by his brothers, David (Teresa), and Stephen (Jaylene); his nephews, Howard, Stephen (Olivia), Alan, and James, and his great niece, Natalie.

Patrick was a tremendous athlete in high school, especially in football and wrestling. He excelled in playing chess and won awards in his earlier years. He always offered support and care for his family and friends, especially his parents and his brother, Mark. He was intelligent and always seeking and obtaining knowledge in various topics, like nutrition and well-being.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow 44224, for visitation Sunday, June 30, 2024, from 1 to 3 PM, where Mr. Doug Gordon will conduct services on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 10:30 AM.

Burial will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent.  Family and friends are welcomed at Broadman Baptist Church, 350 E. Bath Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, for lunch thereafter.
