ATWATER - Richard C. Davis passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, on July 2, 2024. Ending his battle with esophageal cancer, he was a true fighter.
Born on October 14, 1960, he grew up in Stow, Ohio, and was a graduate of the Stow City School District, followed by his apprenticeship as a tool and die machinist. He was the former owner of Legend Mold & Machine.
Rick had a deep love for his family, never missing the opportunity to support his children and grandchildren. Rick enjoyed all things outdoors, being an avid hunter and fisherman. Known for his kindness, graciousness, and ability to fix about anything, his family speaks of him as a “jack of all trades,” but a “master of some.” He was a great teacher to those who had the opportunity to be with him.
Rick lived every minute of his life to the fullest.
Preceded in death by his parents, Clint and Peggy, and sister, Barbara, Rick will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his family including his wife, Tiffany; his children, Brandon Davis, LeAnne (Mathew) Fuetter, and Amberly Neice; his siblings, Jerry (Debbie) Davis, Randy (Jerylin) Davis, and Lisa Tinch; grandchildren, Trent Davis, Dylan Fuetter, Luke Davis, and Harper and Henley Barnes.
You will forever be in our hearts and memories.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree in Richard’s honor.
