Robert W. Jones

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Robert W. Jones, age 61, passed away on September 25, 2024.

Robert was employed by United Disability Services for 21 years, where he lovingly served his clients each day. He enjoyed fishing and scratch off tickets, always looking for the big one.

He is survived by the love of his life for 23 years, Miriam (nee Briers) Jones; his two fur babies, Wendell and Wanda; siblings, Daralene (Bill) Dobbins, Karen (Jim) Gergon, Bruce (Christine) Jones, Tari-Ann (Bob) Keller, Darrell Jones, and David (Andrea) Jones; mother-in-law and hiking buddy, Edith Briers; sisters-in-law, Ruthie (Mark) Singer, Sarah Briers, and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly and was so proud of. Robert is also survived by lifelong friend, Dave Moorehouse.

A Memorial Service will take place 11 AM, Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at the Bethel Church of Tallmadge, 231 South Avenue, Tallmadge, OH 44278. Friends may call from 10 AM, to service time, at the church. Inurnment will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 2580 Romig Road, Akron, OH 44320.

Robert and Miriam are forever grateful for Summa Hospice. They were little angels that came beside them, making it possible for them to go through this final journey together in their own home. Robert and Miriam demonstrated such love and strength each day.
