Roberta Lee Morris (Nee Hunter)

August 10, 1931 — February 26, 2024

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Roberta Lee Morris (nee Hunter), 92, died peacefully February 26, 2024.

Cherished Mother of Karen, Lisa (partner Kathy DeJohn), and Laura Csonka (husband John). Loving Grandmother of Jacob (wife Jennie) and Christopher (wife Bree). Treasured Great-Grandmother of six. Dearest Aunt to Donna Rae and Barbie, cousin of Rick, along with other family, (whether by blood or not), and friend to many. She was a blessing to all who knew her.

Roberta was a graduate of North High School in Akron, Ohio and grew up in North Hill. She worked in the Stow City School District for 37 years and was a devoted member of the United Methodist Church in Stow. Roberta loved her crossword puzzles and was an avid reader.   Singing in the choir was always an important part of her life.  She was a seasoned traveler who especially loved Saugatuck, Michigan and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  Her favorite weekend getaway was to Holiday Camplands in Andover, Ohio.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow 44224, for visitation Friday, March 1, 2024, from 5 to 8 PM.  Rev. Karen Drotar will conduct service Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 10:30 AM, at the United Methodist Church in Stow, 4880 Fishcreek Road, Stow. Burial to follow the service at Maple Lawn Cemetery, with a luncheon to follow at the church.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church in Stow.
