Ronald L. "Ronnie" Augustus

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Ronald L. Augustus, "Ronnie", age 60, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Ronnie was born in Cuyahoga Falls on September 11, 1961. He was a lifetime area resident and had been employed with Cardinal Cement and Excavating for many years.

If you asked Ronnie how he wanted to be remembered, he would say he wanted to be remembered as a "Good Guy", and he really was a very good guy. He was kind, loving, and compassionate. He would always be there to help anyone at any time. He took great pride in his work. Every job to him became a masterpiece. His greatest masterpiece was the birth of his daughter, Nicole, who was the joy of his life.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, Richard E. Augustus, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Augustus; her mother and Ronnie's dear companion, Lori; his mother, Janet Augustus; sisters, Robin (Britton) VanMeter, Rhonda (Wayne) Gibbons; brothers, Richard (Mary), Randy, and Ray Augustus; his special Aunt Jane, as well as a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
