Ruth A. Oviatt

Ruth A. Oviatt, 87, died May 4, 2010.
Born and raised in Toledo, OH. She lived in Cuyahoga Falls and Kent area since 1967. Ruth was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls and retired from Weaver School and Workshop.
Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Raymond and her parents Harold and Gertrude Jeffery, she is survived by daughter Deborah (Steve) Ruggles of Dover, Delaware; son Jeffery (Pam) Oviatt of Kent; grandchildren Chad (Marianne) Oviatt of Cuyahoga Falls, Jayne Ruggles of London, England, Justin Oviatt of Kent, Adam Ruggles of Chicago, Illinois and great-grandsons Connor and Carter Oviatt of Cuyahoga Falls.
Ruth's family would like to especially thank extended family and friends for always supporting, including and remembering Ruth. The family would also like to thank Kent Ridge at Golden Pond for their wonderful care and friendship the last four years. She knew her life was blessed.
Rev. Marvin Brown will conduct a memorial service Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 2 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call one hour prior to service time.
