Obituary of Sharon Lee Lenington




MUNROE FALLS - Sharon Lee Lenington, 84, died November 25, 2021.

Born in Harrisville, West Virginia to Rena Jo Scott, she was a resident of Munroe Falls since 1970. Sharon worked as an executive secretary at Seiberling Rubber company in the 1950s and 60s. Upon moving to Munroe Falls, she worked for Sonoco Paper Products retiring in 1977. She was a member of North Point Apostolic Church and had played the organ in several churches throughout her lifetime. Sharon loved flowers, cardinals, and being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to her five greats.

Preceded in death by son, Davey Lenington, Jr., she is survived by her husband of 65 years, David Lenington; daughters, Sherry (Larry) Maybury, Michelle (Steve) Neveadomi; grandchildren, Leslee Tallman-Spaulding, Erin Williams, Walker Maybury, Christine Neveadomi, and Steven Neveadomi.

Reverend John Keys and Pastor Joe Ellis will conduct service 12 PM Friday at Redmon Funeral Home 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH 44224. Friends may call from 11 AM to service time. Interment Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Arc Ohio-NE Branch 2717 S. Arlington Road, Suite E, Akron, OH 44312.
