Sibyl Lockard

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Sibyl Rae Lockard, 80, died February 24, 2021. Born in Akron, she was a lifetime area resident, retiring from Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital after many years as the Director of Volunteer Services and Gift Shop Manager. Sibyl was kind, always smiling, a talented artist, cake decorator, and card creator. She was a master online shopper before it was cool, and loved her family beyond measure. She is survived by her children, Lowery Dena' Lockard, Kenneth L. Lockard, II, and Ramie Marquette Lockard (Kimberly Gleadell); grandchildren, Tristan Lee Lockard, Natalie Mae Lockard, Jonathan Lee Lockard; and her children's father, Kenneth L. Lockard, I. Graveside service will be held Monday, March 1 at 2 PM at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park, Cuyahoga Falls. The family will welcome friends, wearing masks at a social distanced reception, from 4-7 PM, Acker-Moore Memorial Hall, 3733 Fishcreek Road, Stow.
