Diane Blue (Nee Saraceno)

AKRON - A kind, caring soul passed away peacefully, but unexpectedly, after a massive stroke on July 6, 2024.

Susan Diane Blue (nee Saraceno), 75, was a cancer survivor for more than five years. She was predeceased by her father, John A. Saraceno, and mother, I. Delores Barnard.

After more than 15 years of service, Diane retired from Jeter Systems where she formed many lasting friendships. She loved all animals and birds, especially pugs and cardinals, and will be happy to be reunited with her pets: Lisa, Suzie, and Crissy. She is survived by extended family, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 11AM, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, Fr. Steve Brunovsky officiating. Friends may call one hour prior.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Humane Society of Summit County , 7996 Darrow Road, Suite #30, Twinsburg, OH 44087.
