STOW - William (Will) A. Curitore, 39, died September 13, 2023.

William was born on May 13, 1984, to Stephen and Karen Curitore.  William is preceded in death by his mother, Karen, in 2020. He is survived by his father, Stephen J.; younger brother, Stephen P., his wife, Stephanie (Yoder), and their two daughters, Olivia (5) and Madeline (3); younger brother, Eric, his wife, Maria (Davidson), and their daughter, Giuliana (2).

William grew up in Hudson and attended Hudson High School, where he was active in football, wrestling, theater, and choir. He continued his education at Bowling Green State University and the Ohio Broadcast School.

William had no greater joy in life than being around his family and friends. He loved to take long drives to visit his loved ones throughout New York and Pennsylvania, spending quality time with each. Will was a dedicated son, providing years of support to the medical care of his mother and father. He took pride in being the eldest brother, paving the trail for both Stephen and Eric through their academic and athletic endeavors. William was a beloved role model for his nieces, who were always excited to see their “Uncle Willy.”

After defeating cancer nearly 20 years ago, one of his favorite hobbies was to volunteer at the Cleveland Clinic. A life-long sports fan, William enjoyed traveling to stadiums around the country to watch sporting events, especially his favorite baseball team, the New York Yankees.

William will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow 44224, for visitation on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 4 to 7 PM. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 10 AM, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3179 Kent Road, Stow 44224, Fr. Joshua Trefney celebrant.
