Alda Nelson

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Alda Nelson, 96, passed away February 4, 2023. Born in Coalport, PA, she retired from the University of Akron Purchasing Department.

Preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Clarence “Swede”, in 2011, she is survived by sons, Jeff (June) Nelson and Kevin (Janeen) Nelson; grandchildren, Trisha (Stacy) Wilkins, Heather (Neil) Ferrari, Scott Nelson, Todd (Megan) Nelson, and Mark (Lucia) Nelson; fifteen great grandchildren; sister, Eva Webb, and many nieces and nephews.

Rev. Dr. David Weyrick will conduct services, Friday, February 10, 2023, at 4 PM, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow 44224, where friends may call from 2 PM until service time. Interment Hillside Memorial Park.
