Jason A Jenks

HUDSON - Jason Adam Jenks, 42, died June 11, 2016.
Making his entrance to this world in Toledo, OH he was a graduate of BGSU and a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. Jason with his wife and children built a family and called Hudson, OH home for 15 years. He built a successful career, as an account manager, with BASF and was a member of the American Business Association. Jason was a spiritual and passionate man who cared very much about others. This led to being an active member of Christ Community Chapel, where he served as a small group leader, was active in Christian Leadership Concepts Ministry and helped with Vacaton Bible Camp he especially enjoyed working with the children. After a successful football career as captain at Sylvania Northview HS Jason became an enthusiastic sportsman and fan. He loved to camp (especially sitting around a camp fire), fish, hike and especially enjoyed football season as a season ticket holder to the University of Michigan (Go Blue!)
He shared his passions, enthusiasm and love with his family, most especially his love with high school sweet heart and wife of 18 years, Marla; Jason was a wonderful father, in all its meanings, for his 3 sons Cooper, Mason and Parker no father could have a deeper love, appreciation and enjoyment of his sons. Jason also shared his life with his parents John "Jack" and Patsy Jenks; brother Jeff Jenks; sister Julie Greenlee; mother-in-law and father-in-law Rosemary and George LaPointe; sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
He lived a full life anyone would be proud of that was cut way too short.
Jason you are deeply loved and will be so sorely missed!

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Saturday 4 to 8 PM. Pastor Joe Coffey will conduct service Sunday 3PM at Christ Community Chapel, 750 W. Streetsboro Street, Hudson 44236. Private burial will be at Markillie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 5700 Brecksville Rd, Independence 44131
