STOW – Shirley A. (Stennett) Cameron, 77, passed away November 8, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Johnstown, PA, Shirley was a 56-year resident of Stow. Shirley was an active member of Singer Hill Grace Brethren Church in Vinco, PA during her youth and more recently attended Stow Alliance Fellowship. Shirley had a love of music that she shared as a soloist and choir member. Shirley retired from MACtac after 20 years of service.
Preceded in death by her parents, John and Irene Stennett and daughter, Sheree, she is survived by her husband of 56 years, Sam; daughters, Shelley Cameron (Maiya Anderson); Sandra Biddle; son-in-law, Warren Michael (husband of the late Sheree); grandchildren, Stephanie (James) Jansen, Kyle Michael, Kayson Biddle and Anders Cameron; great-grandchildren, Mason and Hunter; sister, Bette Deane (Ron) Reynolds; long-time special friend, Sandie Hurd; and many other loving family and friends.
The family would like to thank Cleveland Clinic Akron General Visiting Nurse Service for their loving care, especially Bonnie, Norma and Jennifer.
Family and friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow for visitation Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 1 to 4 PM, and where Pastor John Kitchen will conduct a funeral service Monday, November 13 at 10 AM. Burial to follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cleveland Clinic Akron General Visiting Nurse Service.
