I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that there are many members of your "scrapbooking family" that love you and are here for you. Right now, the pain of your loss is great and you may not be able to feel anything else. Lean on your friends to help you through this time. Eventually, it will get a little easier. The love you and George had for each other was great and visible to those around you. It was obvious in the way you cared for each other. When you have had a love so special, it doesn't leave. It is within you and around you. As the weeks pass, the pain will be replaced with sweet memories sparked by everyday things. You may feel his presence when you hear the familiar song that was special to the two of you. Or a peaceful feeling that comes over you as you gaze at a beautiful sunset. My prayer for you is that you will find peace and comfort in those everyday reminders that he loved you very much.
You and your family are in my prayers. May God comfort you in these difficult days.
I am so sorry about George's passing. There was no better caregiver than you, and I know George knew that. I am so happy the Lord surrounded you and George, by family and friends this weekend. Wishing you strength and support during this difficult time. Love and prayers. ML
