Catherine Conrecode (nee Needham), 85, died on May 9, 2018 at her home in Tallmadge, Ohio.
Catherine was a native of Struthers, Ohio and a 1950 graduate of Struthers High School. She lived in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania for twenty years where she worked for Pennsylvania House Furniture and Reed’s Cleaners. In Ohio, she sold jewelry for Kaufmann’s and Macy’s Department Stores. Catherine will be remembered as an excellent bridge player and seamstress. She won several awards for her excellent sewing from regional fairs. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lewisburg.
Catherine was preceded in death by John Conrecode, her husband of 55 years. She is survived by her five children, John (Nancy) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Tom (Jackie) of Naples, FL, Robert (Alana) of Charlotte, NC, Paul of Seattle, WA, and Molly Singer (Paul) of Washington, DC; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild, Cameron Cox, who brought sunshine to her life in her recent years.
A celebration of Catherine’s life will be held at a later date.
